Fits all of our headsets and most others that are classed as behind the head style. This clothnylon band with Velcro type adjustment goes over the top of the head. Earcup mounting goes under the ear seals. This is OEM replacement for all Pro 50 Headsets, Fan Scan Link and Talk headsets and most others.
